What we collect

This website collects almost nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie and no third-party tag on any page. We do not know who you are, where you came from, or which pages you read.

Three things are stored, all of them in your own browser and none of them sent to us:

• Your theme choice (Obsidian or Ivory), so the site does not change under you between visits.
• Your interface-sound preference, for the same reason.
• Your language choice, so the site does not ask again.
• Anything you type into the project planner, so a closed tab does not lose your answers. It stays local until you press send.

What we receive when you contact us

When you submit the project planner or write to us, we receive what you chose to send: your name, your email address, and whatever else you filled in. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We do not add it to a mailing list unless you separately asked for the newsletter.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for two years afterwards so that we can find the history if you come back. After that they are deleted.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, share or trade enquiry data. Our email is hosted by a third-party provider, which means your message passes through their systems in the ordinary course of email being email; that is the only processor involved.

Video

Films on this site are not loaded until you press play. Until you do, no request is made to the video platform and nothing is set on your device by it. Once you press play, that platform’s own privacy terms apply to the playback.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form and no process — one email is enough, and we will answer within thirty days.
