What you own

On final payment, you own the delivered work outright: the final designs, the final films, the final artwork, the code we wrote for you, and the right to use, modify and license them however you want, anywhere, forever.

That transfer is unconditional and is not tied to any ongoing relationship. If we stop working together, what we made for you is still yours.

What we keep

We keep our own tools, libraries, frameworks and internal methods — the things we bring to every project rather than build for one. You get a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverables; you do not get to resell them on their own.

We also keep rejected concepts and unused routes. Those were never delivered and never paid for.

Third-party material

Fonts, stock imagery, music and footage are licensed, not owned. We will tell you exactly what is licensed, on what terms, and for how long, before it goes into your project — and the licence is issued in your name wherever the licensor allows it, so it does not expire with our relationship.

Credit

We ask to be credited where a credit is normal for the medium, and we credit every person who worked on the project by name in our own case studies. If you would rather we did not publish the work at all, that is your call and we will respect it.

This website

The design, code, copy and photography of razaradvertising.com are ours. The Razar name and serpent mark are our trademarks. Editorial use of the mark is welcome under the terms in the press kit.
