Quality manifesto
Quality is not a department.
Standards that are not written down are preferences. These are written down, they are the same for every client, and we expect to be held to them.
The last ten percent is the work
Anyone can get a project to eighty percent. We are paid for the part after that: the retouch nobody asked for, the fourth round of type, the export nobody would have questioned.
One standard, every language
The Kurdish version is not the English version with the text swapped. It is typeset, kerned and rewritten by someone who reads it natively.
We show the numbers
Reach, cost per result, conversion. If a campaign underperformed, that appears in the report before you have to ask for it.
The credit goes to the people
Every case study names the director, the photographer, the retoucher, the developer. Uncredited work is the fastest way to lose the people who made it good.
We say no
To briefs we cannot do well, to timelines that guarantee a bad result, and to ideas of our own that stopped working halfway through.
Nothing leaves without a second pair of eyes
No file, post, print-ready PDF or deploy goes out reviewed only by the person who made it. Not once.
Signed by everyone who works here.
Hold us to it.
If we fall short of any of these on your project, say so. We will fix it at our cost.
