Using this site
You may read, link to, quote and share anything on this website. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it.
We try to keep everything here accurate, but nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a commitment. In particular, the range produced by the project planner is an estimate built from a model, not a price.
The estimator
The planner gives a range based on the scope you describe. It excludes media spend, third-party licensing and production travel. It is not a quotation and does not bind either of us. A real figure follows a conversation and a written proposal.
Currency conversions in the planner use an indicative rate that we update by hand. Non-USD figures are approximate by definition.
Client work shown here
Case studies are published with the client’s permission. Where a client has asked us not to name them, the work appears with the attribution withheld. Where a case study is marked as a demonstration, it is not real work and the figures in it are invented.
All client trademarks shown remain the property of their owners and are used only to identify the work.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. We are not liable for any loss arising from relying on information published here, including estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and the courts of Erbil have jurisdiction.
