اتفاقية السرية
كيف نتعامل مع معلوماتك قبل المشروع وأثناءه وبعده — مع اتفاقية السرية المتبادلة القياسية لدينا.

Before we sign anything
Everything you tell us during a pitch or a first conversation is confidential from the moment you say it, whether or not an NDA has been signed. We do not discuss prospective work outside the studio, we do not use a client’s brief as an example in another pitch, and we do not tell anyone you approached us.
If your project needs a signed agreement before you can brief us, say so and we will sign one before the first call — including yours rather than ours, if you have a standard form.
What our standard NDA covers
It is mutual, which matters: we will be showing you our methods and our rates as well.
- Anything either side marks confidential, and anything a reasonable person would understand to be confidential from the circumstances.
- A three-year term from the date of disclosure, or indefinitely for trade secrets.
- Disclosure only to the people who need it to do the work, each bound by the same obligation.
- Return or destruction of materials on request, within thirty days.
- The usual carve-outs: information that is already public, was already known, was independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.
During the project
Work in progress is not shown to anyone outside the project team. Files live in access-controlled storage. Freelancers and production partners sign the same terms before they see anything.
After launch
We would like to publish the work, and our contracts ask for that permission — but it is a request, not a right. If you say no, the project stays unpublished. If you say "not yet", it waits.
